Most people pay by scanning a QR code with WeChat Pay or Alipay; cash is still accepted.
Speed:
- 这个多少钱？Zhège duōshao qián?How much is this?
- 太贵了。Tài guì le.That's too expensive.
- 便宜一点儿吧。Piányi yìdiǎnr ba.Can you make it a bit cheaper? · Bargaining is normal at markets and small stalls, not in shops and supermarkets.
- 我只是看看。Wǒ zhǐshì kànkan.I'm just looking.
- 我可以试试吗？Wǒ kěyǐ shìshi ma?Can I try it on?
- 有大一号的吗？Yǒu dà yí hào de ma?Do you have it one size bigger? · One size smaller: (xiǎo yí hào de).
- 有别的颜色吗？Yǒu bié de yánsè ma?Do you have other colours?
- 就要这个吧。Jiù yào zhège ba.I'll take this one.
- 可以用微信支付吗？Kěyǐ yòng Wēixìn zhīfù ma?Can I pay with WeChat? · Alipay is (Zhīfùbǎo).
- 我扫你还是你扫我？Wǒ sǎo nǐ háishi nǐ sǎo wǒ?Shall I scan your code, or will you scan mine?
- 可以刷卡吗？Kěyǐ shuākǎ ma?Can I pay by card?
- 要袋子吗？Yào dàizi ma?Do you need a bag? · Plastic bags usually cost a little extra.
